Use a Volumising Shampoo: Hair care begins with a good hair wash. Shampooing your hair to keep your scalp clean is essential.
But if you do it too often, you may end up reversing the positive effects of your shampoo. The rules are simple: shampoo your hair no more than 2–3 times a week. Instead of hot, use lukewarm or cold water. Follow up with conditioner.

Boost Hair Growth with Oil Treatments
Giving your scalp regular massages with pure coconut oil is one of the best natural methods for thicker hair.
Heat the coconut oil until warm and apply to the scalp by massaging with your fingers tips in gentle circular motions.
As well as coconut oil, you can also use other oils such as olive oil, jojoba oil and pure almond oil.

It's common knowledge that junk food quickly adds inches to your waistline. But do you realise that it could also damage your hair?
Your hair needs healthy food to get its share of vitamins and minerals to be able to grow longer and thicker.
Make sure your daily diet includes fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, eggs, dairy products and the right amount of protein.
You should also drink a sufficient amount of water to keep your body hydrated. -

Daily care
Use a wide-tooth comb rather than a fine-tooth comb. Do not wrap a towel around your head after a hair wash, instead, lightly pat it dry with a towel.
In harsh weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold weather, cover your hair with a scarf or a hat to protect your hair from damage.
Having thick hair is easier than you think and you don’t have to be born with it!
